Navidium Shipping Protection

To enhance the safety and security of our customers' purchases, we're excited to offer Navidium Shipping Protection. We understand that dealing with postal carriers for claims can be both frustrating and time-consuming. For a minimal fee you can now safeguard your package. Should your package get lost or damaged, we'll either replace it or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.

Lost Package Criteria:

  • Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but sent to the wrong address.
  • Packages in transit with no updates or movement for an extended period.
  • Packages declared lost by the carrier.

Damaged Package Criteria:

  • Items damaged during transit.
  • Partial order loss due to package damage during transit.

Exclusions from Navidium Shipping Protection:

  • Packages delayed but not lost in transit.
  • Packages with incorrect or insufficient address details provided at checkout.
  • Orders or parts of orders not yet shipped.
  • Packages stolen post-delivery.
  • Packages already replaced or refunded under Navidium Shipping Protection.

Claim Submission Process:

To file a claim, email us at support@infinityloops.co within 48 hours of the stated delivery date. Our customer service team will assist you within 1-2 business days.

Email Requirements:

  • Subject: "Shipping Protection Claim for order [order number]"
  • Detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographs of any damage.
  • Additional supporting information for your claim.

We will continue to track your package. Should it appear, we will ask that the package be shipped back to us at our expense.

What Happens Next:

  • We will investigate your claim.
  • Please allow us 7 business days for processing.
  • If denied, we are unable to take further action.
  • If approved, we will send a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Navidium Shipping Protection is optional, opting out of shipping protection releases us from liability for lost or undelivered packages.
  • No reshipment or refund for lost/damaged packages without protection.
  • We reserve the right to classify your package as delayed if there are known delays in your area.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims due to fraud or abuse.
  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable and cannot be canceled post-shipment.
  • If your order was dispatched in multiple shipments they will be assessed individually.
