WatchOS 10 Launching September 18

Apple has revealed the launch date for watchOS 10, set for Monday, September 18. This significant update for the Apple Watch brings a plethora of enhancements such as widgets, a fresh look for system apps, enriched cycling workout functionalities, and the addition of Snoopy and Palette watch faces, among others. During the recent event, Apple also spotlighted new watch faces from Nike, Hermès, and the unveiling of an Apple Watch Ultra face.

To utilize watchOS 10, users will need an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer and an iPhone XS or a subsequent model with iOS 17 installed. Alongside these updates, Apple introduced the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Starting today, release candidate versions of Apple's impending software upgrades, including watchOS 10, are accessible for both public and developer beta testers.
