New Black Unity Apple Watch face, Sport Band, and iPhone Wallpaper

Apple has recently introduced its 2024 Black Unity Collection, a striking new range for Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad enthusiasts. This collection includes a fresh watch band, a unique watch face, and an iOS Lock Screen wallpaper, all embracing a unified theme.

Today marks the launch of the Black Unity Sport Band on Apple.com, retailing at $49. Accompanying this band, Apple is set to release the Unity Bloom watch face with the upcoming watchOS 10.3, and a matching iPhone and iPad wallpaper with iOS 17.3.

The theme of the collection is a floral motif, showcasing abstract flower designs. This new line reflects a commitment to Pan-Africanism, symbolizing the unity and collaborative efforts of various generations in combating injustices.

The Sport Band features a black base adorned with vibrant flowers in red, green, and yellow. What makes each band special is a unique manufacturing process that creates a distinct pattern on every band. Engraved with the words ‘Truth, Power, Solidarity’, the band’s pin adds a meaningful touch.

Available for both 41mm and 45mm watch sizes in S/M and M/L lengths, the band can be ordered now and will hit Apple retail stores starting January 23.

The corresponding watch face on the Apple Watch presents an elegant analog display, embellished with the collection's abstract floral pattern. Users can select from designs featuring a single flower or a full-bloom array. Upon raising the wrist, the flowers dynamically bloom and spread across the face. This feature requires an Apple Watch Series 4 or later, running watchOS 10.3.

For iPhone and iPad users, the Unity Bloom wallpaper brings a similar aesthetic. In its locked state, the wallpaper displays subtle floral outlines, which vividly come to life as the screen activates. This wallpaper is part of the soon-to-be-released iOS 17.3 update, expected next week.
