Apple Releases Sixth Beta of watchOS 10 to Developers

WatchOS 10 Beta 6 Released

Apple has just released the sixth beta version of the upcoming watchOS 10 for developers, coming hot on the heels of its fifth beta version released just a week ago.

For developers keen to experience the watchOS 10 beta, here's how: Head to the Apple Watch app, navigate to the Software Update section under "General" in Settings, and activate the watchOS 10 Developer Beta. Remember, an Apple ID associated with a developer account is mandatory.

After activation, the watchOS 10 beta can be found in the Software Update section. Ensure your Apple Watch has at least a 50% charge and is on its charger before initiating the installation.

watchOS 10 introduces a revamped interface that emphasizes widgets. Access a series of widgets from any watch face using the Digital Crown, allowing you to swipe and view pertinent details. The Control Center is now accessible from any app by pressing the side button. These enhancements aim to provide users with a comprehensive experience, even with minimalist watch faces.

The update also showcases new Palette and Snoopy watch faces, enhancements to Cycling and Hiking workout features, and crucially, mental health integrations. Apple Watch users can now record their emotional well-being, and the device offers insights on mental health trends over time.
